Photo @ladzinski / Like all rivers in #glaciernationalpark, #mcdonaldCreek is fed by winter snow pack and glacial melt. With heat index rising and annual snow levels dropping the remaining glaciers in the park are melting out rapidly. In fact, scientists are saying that by 2030 all glaciers in the park will be gone resulting in a longer dry season, affected habitat and increased fire danger.
