Photo by @stephenwilkes: In January of 2013, I traveled to Washington, D.C. to capture a Day To Night of President Obama’s second inauguration, and its near one million attendants.
The morning of the inauguration, when the flags had been draped over the Capitol, we were greeted with this incredible sunrise. A peaceful and quiet scene, so different from the chaos that would soon be taking place.
